Orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1–4 days depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Yes. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and choose your nearest location. Most orders are ready within 1 business day.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, contact us at accounts@regers.com and we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions free of charge.
Please note that custom/personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
