Shipping & Returns
Returns and shortages: Returns and shortage claims must be made to The John A. Reger Co. within 10 days from the receipt of merchandise. If the merchandise to be returned is damaged upon delivery, we ask that you retain the shipping carton for claims purposes. Returns of undamaged merchandise that were not shipped in error by the John A. Reger Co. will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping and handling will not be credited.
Shipping Rates Are As Follows:
$0-$15.00 = $6.95
$15.01-$35.00 = $7.95
$35.01-$75.00 = $8.95
$75.01-$125.00 = $9.95
$125.01-$150.00 = $10.95
$150.01-$500.00 = $14.95
